As outlined below, Next Tune, (“Nex2une”, “us,” or “we”) warrants wheels (“wheel” or “product”) purchased after August 1st, 2020, with a limited lifetime structural warranty and a one-year limited finish warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Wheels purchased before August 1st, 2020, remain under the previous limited two-year structural warranty and one-year finish warranty. 

ELIGIBILITY:

This warranty applies solely to new Nex2une wheels sold directly by Nex2une or through authorized Nex2une distributors to the original retail purchaser (“you” or “purchaser”). The warranty is non-transferable and expires immediately upon the original purchaser transferring wheel title. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the state where the purchaser acquired the wheels, our limited warranty defines the purchaser’s rights and limits Next2une’s liability concerning warranty claims. Nex2une reserves the right to deny any claim it deems, at its sole discretion, false, incomplete, or inaccurate or if all eligibility requirements are not met.

To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, you must request an RMA number for review. Claims cannot be made via phone or email, and products cannot be returned for warranty claims without a valid RMA number. Distributors cannot submit warranty claims on behalf of purchasers. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original invoice, may be required. The defective product must be returned before a replacement is shipped. You have the option to expedite replacement shipment by purchasing a new product at full price, with a full refund upon receipt of the defective item. Failure to return the exchanged product nullifies the refund. RMAs are valid for up to 45 days from the date of issue, after which a new RMA must be requested. If a replacement wheel is purchased before returning the defective one, the defective wheel must be received within 30 days of obtaining the RMA number; otherwise, a refund cannot be issued. If the defective wheel is returned within 45 days but after 30 days, only store credit can be provided. No returns are accepted after 45 days without reapplying for a new RMA.

Replacement products under warranty must match the exact specifications of the original product. Specifications include design, diameter, width, offset, profile, bolt pattern, and finish. While the part number of a replacement product may differ slightly due to minor revisions over time, any modifications to the original specifications, such as altering offset, center bore, barrel width, or finish, render the product ineligible for coverage. Additionally, changes or removal of specifications engraved on the back of the wheel void coverage.

If replacement wheels are out of stock, they will be treated as backordered if they can be fulfilled within 120 days. If new stock is not expected within this timeframe, the claim will be processed as a discontinued item unless the applicant agrees to wait longer.

Wheels identified by APEX as used, blemished, B-stock, or otherwise are not covered under this warranty and are sold as-is. However, wheels purchased through discounted group buys, whether through APEX or an authorized distributor, are eligible for warranty coverage unless specifically stated otherwise in the group buy terms and conditions.

For warranty claims, Nex2une will cover the cost of reasonable ground freight for both outbound and return shipments. Replacement wheels will be shipped via ground transportation, and expedited shipping costs are not covered by Nex2une. Customers requiring expedited replacement may opt to pay the difference in shipping costs for an upgrade.

For international customers, as well as those in Alaska, Hawaii,, Nex2une will cover the cost of freight for the replacement unit, but the customer is responsible for return shipping of the defective unit. International customers should also be aware of potential additional fees, such as customs and brokerage fees, upon receiving their replacement unit.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY:

– Wheels purchased after August 1st, 2020: One-year limited structural warranty.

Except as detailed below, Nex2une warrants that its wheels, when correctly installed on their intended application, will be free from structural defects in material or workmanship under normal and reasonable use. Nex2une agrees, at no cost, to repair or replace a wheel that fails during this limited warranty period due to defects in material or workmanship.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects present in the wheels from the factory, such as machining errors or defective materials resulting in a cracked rim or spoke, an out-of-tolerance center bore, an out-of-round rim, or visual blemishes from improper machining. However, it does not cover damage arising from improper fitment for the intended vehicle, mishandling during transit, damage caused by tire mounting equipment, damage during vehicle installation, or unintended use such as off-roading or contact with road hazards.

Rim cracks or bends are not covered if there is clear evidence of impact causing the damage. Warranted wheels undergo inspection upon receipt, and any signs of abuse disqualify the claim, with the wheel returned at the customer’s expense. Purchasers must adhere to the Nex2une Wheel Installation Guidelines provided with the wheel; failure to do so voids the warranty.

Upon purchasing our wheels, the purchaser assumes all costs associated with rebalancing, match mounting, and under-car inspection to exclude other possible causes of vibration. If a Nex2une wheel is found defective, Nex2une is responsible only for replacement of the defective item and covering associated remounting/balancing costs, up to a maximum of $50 per claimed wheel, with an official service invoice required for credit redemption. Nex2une is not liable for any other warranty servicing costs, vehicle damage, event fees, travel costs, or other expenses.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper fitment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the wheel purchased for their vehicle will not cause damage to various vehicle components. Recommendations from our staff do not guarantee trouble-free fitment, as numerous variables beyond Nex2une control can affect fitment. Purchasers understand that wheel installation may require vehicle modifications for proper fitment, including the use of spacers, fender rolling, or alignment adjustments. Even with modifications, occasional rubbing may occur, which the purchaser accepts as normal.

FINISH WARRANTY: ONE YEAR

Unless specifically stated otherwise below, Nex2une warrants that the finishes of its wheels will remain free from peeling or lifting from the wheel face for one year from the date of purchase by the purchaser. Nex2une agrees, at no cost, to repair or replace a wheel where the finish fails during this one-year limited warranty period due to defects in material or workmanship.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all new wheels before tire installation or vehicle use, as damage caused during installation or regular use will not be covered. This limited warranty excludes scratches from normal wear and tear, chips caused by road debris, or damage resulting from misuse, such as curbing, off-roading, improper maintenance or cleaning with harsh chemicals, or contact with potholes or other hazards.

Damage, such as paint chips, in the center cap support area typically occurs during tire mounting or balancing when mishandled by technicians. Warranties for chips in this area are not applicable if a tire has been mounted on the wheel. It’s recommended to inspect wheels upon arrival before installation for any issues and to clean them regularly with mild soap and water, with the use of a protective sealant.

Unpainted surfaces of the wheel, like the mounting pad or center bore, may oxidize over time, leaving a chalky finish, which is normal. During production, tape may be used to protect unpainted areas like the bead, and its removal after painting may leave a jagged edge, which is considered normal unless it causes paint flaking in a visually significant area.

Raw castings or forgings may bear markings for production tracking, which might remain visible or distorted in the final product, such as those stamped into the inner lip. These markings are considered normal. Additionally, minor imperfections like paint pops, dust, lint, or hair may be present in the finish, with those the size of a ballpoint pen tip deemed normal. Any larger paint pops or debris longer than 2mm will be warranted only if they are in visually significant areas of the wheel when installed on a vehicle.

DISCLAIMER:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nex2une limited structural warranty and limited finish warranty constitute its sole express warranties to eligible purchasers, superseding all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. All implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted or not prohibited by law. Nex2une shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages resulting from any breach of warranty or from the use of any Nex2une product. Nex2une liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy are limited to repair or replacement of the wheel as stated in this limited warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING:

All warranty claims are processed using our online form. Nex2une typically requires an average of three business days to respond to a warranty request. The timeframe for providing an RMA may be extended depending on customer response times to Nex2une inquiries. Upon meeting all eligibility requirements and providing all necessary information, purchasers will be notified of approval and provided with an RMA. If a warranty request is rejected for any reason by Nex2une, the requesting purchaser will be informed after the review process is complete. Nex2une will inspect the returned wheel to verify the claimed issue, original purchase, and fulfillment of eligibility requirements. If a returned wheel is deemed ineligible for warranty coverage, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense without repair or replacement.
